Contact Olvid support

If the problem persists after executing our recommendations above, you can contact Olvid support by writing to feedback@olvid.io.

Our answers are related to the specifics of your device, which must be compatible.

Please let us know:

  1. Your Operating System (Android or iOS) + its version. You will find this information in the General Settings of your smartphone. A screenshot will do the trick.
  2. Your Olvid version. (You will find this information in Olvid Settings > About).
  3. Which phone model you use.
  4. Some details about the process by which you reach a “problem”: a small description of your actions and the app’s reactions, so that we can try to reproduce the problem you encountered.

Send us a detailed crash/bug report

You can help Olvid and its users by sending us the detailed crash/bug report of your device for Olvid. It does not contain any personal data.

iOS
  1. Go to iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. Reports for your device are displayed, alphabetically sorted.

  2. Scroll down to find reports that start with Olvid-[2021-month-day-time].

  3. Tap the report. It will be displayed.

  4. Tap .

  5. Share via email to feedback@olvid.io.
