Please specify

  1. The devices involved (manufacturer, model).

  2. Their operating system (OS) (Android, iOS, macOS, iPadOS, Windows) and version. You’ll find this information in the device’s General Settings. A screenshot will do the trick.

  3. Their Olvid version. You’ll find this information in Olvid Settings > About.

  4. Any special network circumstances, if any.

  5. Some details of the process by which you reach a “problem”. Any description of your actions and the app’s reactions, so that we can try to reproduce them.
